Movement, Breathwork, and Meaning-Making for Midlife

This IS YOur HOMECOMING

Pine is a movement and yin-yoga based practice for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

The Pine Practice is a hybrid method for strength, flexibility, purpose, and community in a life stage largely underserved and often cloaked in mystery.

Through movement, stillness, and verbal guidance, Pine connects to the evergreen, unchanging self and asks, What do you yearn for?

Pines survive through interconnection, flexibility, and anchored, soft surrender. The Pine Practice transmutes these lessons for women in the midlife process. If you've ever sought guidance or comfort from trees, you know.

  • PINE sets up a safe space for me to release old baggage and slough off stuck energy. I now feel more welcoming to this stage of life.
